We primarily ship with UPS and have a CFR 49 hazardous materials endorsement. We have the ability to ship any size container in full compliance with the DOT.
Some of our orders ship via USPS.
Air Shipments
Shipments containing flammable liquids with a volume of 4oz and larger are considered "Hazmat," or containing hazardous materials, due to the extra care and expense involved in transport.
Carriers charge a hazardous materials fee because transporting hazardous materials requires additional safety measures, regulatory compliance, and risk management. Shipping hazardous materials must comply with strict regulations from agencies like the Department of Transportation (DOT), and the International Air Transport Association (IATA).
Carriers must ensure proper labeling, documentation, and handling to avoid penalties. This requires specially trained personnel who understand proper handling, packaging, and emergency response procedures. Hazmat fees help carriers cover the extra costs and risks associated with shipping dangerous goods safely and legally. While they add to shipping costs, they ensure that safety regulations are met and potential hazards are minimized. While all of this protection comes at an extra cost, it is absolutely necessary in order to ensure that you receive your order in a timely manner.

International Orders
YES, we do ship internationally but there are additional shipping and handling fees. Most international orders will arrive within 5-10 business days.
CANADIAN ORDERS
Just place your order normally as our international rates are correct in the system.
ALL OTHER INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
After you place your order, we will work up a shipping quote for you and send you an invoice for the total. You may then choose to pay the bill at that time.
There is no minimum order for profiles.
If you do not see your country as an option at checkout, contact us on our contact form.
RESTRICTIONS
South Africa: Currently we only ship our strain profiles.
Israel: Currently we only ship our strain profiles.
While we do all we can to make sure you easily receive your package, sometimes UPS will request you designate a broker for importing your package.
If this is the case, you can simply choose to have UPS as your broker or you can consider any from this list provided by the Canadian government.
