All sales are final after orders have been fulfilled. Fulfilled means the order has been packaged and a shipping label has been printed. Orders can be refunded prior to fulfillment, but once orders have been fulfilled no refunds will be issued.

Returns are accepted if postmarked within seven (7) days of the initial shipment date. If the package was opened we will not accept the returned goods and will not refund the purchase. All return returns must be shipped in full compliance with IATA, DOT 49CFR, and all other applicable regulations. Orders purchased with account credit cannot be returned under any circumstance.
