We will gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and unopened. Any item not in its original condition, or is damaged for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your returned item(s) is approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method whenever possible. In instances where we cannot credit the original payment method, a mailed check will be provided.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you have not received your refund, first check your bank account to validate it has not been received. If not, please contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us on our Contact US page.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
